Please kindly review our cancellation information below before scheduling an appointment. By booking with Wandaful Esthetics, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

 

Booking

A $50 deposit for full sets & $35 for fills is required on this site during booking. All booking deposits are Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable per Cancellation Policy. The remaining balance will be due after your appointment. You will be required to provide a valid credit card number that will be kept on your client file, should repeat cancellations/no show(s) occur.

Please understand that natural lashes shed up to 2-5 lashes per day between both eyes. In order to keep your lashes looking fluffy and full, please book your lash fills in advance or once every 2-3 weeks.

To guarantee availability, please book your appointment in advance. 

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period for being late. More than 15 minutes late, will resolve in an automatic cancelled appointment. Any deposits made will be forfeited and a new deposit will be paid when booking a new appointment.

At Wandaful Esthetics, we are very understanding and know that life happens but just communicate with us and we will work with you as best as we can.

No Show Policy

We reserve the right to charge a no show fee to the credit card on file totaling 100% of the service to those who do not show up to an appointment. *Absolutely no refunds.

Refund/Cancellation Policies

Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled 48 hours in advance. Text and email reminders are sent out 4 days before your appointment. I understand that emergencies come up but I cannot allow any exceptions.

All appointments must be rescheduled within 48 hours. If appointments are cancelled the day of or if you NO SHOW, 100% of the service will be charged to your card on file.

Any cancellations or reschedules will forfeit their deposit and be required to re-book a new appointment with an additional deposit fee.

If a deposit was not made upon pre-booking your appointments with me and you need to cancel or reschedule, the deposit fee will be charged to the card on file and a new deposit will be needed to book another appointment.

Wandaful Esthetics does not offer refunds on services.

Allergic Reactions

If you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products used during a service, please notify us immediately for assistance in assessing the situation. If you have experienced allergic reactions to eyelash extensions in the past and think you may have an allergy to our products, please let us know prior to your appointment. A patch test can be administered before your appointment. Simply book a ‘Trial Test’. *Refunds are not given for allergic reactions.

Cell Phone Policy

We ask that all cell phones are tuned off or on silent during your appointment. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that we as lash specialists are using tweezers, adhesive and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.

Visitors

We do not allow any guests to appointments.

Lash Integrity

Your natural lash health is our top priority! This means that Wandaful Esthetics will only place extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes. Many times this is not what you are used to from previous artists. Sometimes we have to choose between long or full. Long AND full is just not everyone’s reality :) Please respect this! If you demand what you cannot have, Wandaful Esthetics will cancel your appointment. As the professional, we also reserve the right to make a new decision during your time at Wandaful Esthetics as a client for what your lashes can handle. Yay to healthy and happy lashes!

Lash Fill Policy

Please make sure to book your refills accordingly.

Standard Fills must be scheduled between 14-21 days. Must have 50% of lash extensions to be considered a standard fill.

Extended fills are meant for guests who went past 21 days between fills or has less than 50% of extensions remaining or need a longer appointment for special events or vacation.

Anything past 4 weeks is considered a full set.

Helpful Hints

  • If it looks like you need a fill then you have waited too long. Lashes should look good all of the time! Just less full.

  • If you are missing more than 40% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 40% Fill Rule.

  • Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to a part of the 50% team

Confirmations/Reminders

After every booking, you will receive confirmation emails. We do understand how easy it may be to forget an appointment, so please ensure that we have your current email address, phone number, and other contact information on file. It is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and help us serve you better by providing enough notice to avoid any cancellation fees.

Payment

The remaining balance will be due after your appointment.

Cash is accepted.

3% processing fee if paying by credit card.
