Lash Integrity

Your natural lash health is our top priority! This means that Wandaful Esthetics will only place extensions that are the appropriate weight and length for your lashes. Many times this is not what you are used to from previous artists. Sometimes we have to choose between long or full. Long AND full is just not everyone’s reality :) Please respect this! If you demand what you cannot have, Wandaful Esthetics will cancel your appointment. As the professional, we also reserve the right to make a new decision during your time at Wandaful Esthetics as a client for what your lashes can handle. Yay to healthy and happy lashes!

Appointment Preparation

  • Please come to your appointment with clean lashes. Lash extensions do not stick to dirty lashes!

  • No caffeine prior appointment

  • No makeup

  • No eye products

  • Do not curl your lashes

  • No guests. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we will have to do our part to reduce the spread. You will also fill out a COVID-19 consent form upon booking. Please DO NOT book if you are feeling ill or have been traveling/gathering within the past week.

First 48 Hours

In the first 48 hours, avoid the following:

  • Eye makeup

  • Saunas / Steam Rooms / Facials

  • Crying / Sweating / Swimming

  • If an allergic reaction occurs, I will complementary remove your lashes

  • If there are any other issues with your lashes within the first 48 hours, please let me know and I will offer a complimentary fix

Anything after 48 hours is no longer my responsibility.

Aftercare

Do’s
- Brush and cleanse your lashes 1-2 times everyday especially if you wear eye makeup
- Gently pat your lashes dry after wetting them
- Switch to oil free products
- Book your fills every 2-3 weeks

Don’t
- Brush your lashes when they are wet
- Sleep on your lashes
- Rub or pick at your lashes
- Curl your lashes
- Apply mascara or falsies

Wash Lashes Daily

What happens if you don’t clean every day? You have layers build up that cannot be cleaned off in one day - we will have to reschedule!

  • Buildup of skin/dirt/oils will SUFFOCATE your lashes and they will fall out. When they fall out prematurely and if this continues, if they grow back, they will be weak and frail.

  • If your natural lashes become weak (which can happen very quickly) I will stop all fills and put you on a break. 

  • If you come in with layers of buildup I cannot do a fill on you. The lashes I place will fall right back off. I’ll have to cancel your appointment!

  • Clean UNDER the lash line, as well as above.
